Industrial Hemp in California:

According to news articles, Senate Bill 676 in California, will allow farmers to grow hemp for the sale of seed, oil and fiber, and help put an end to the ridiculous and out-dated laws that prohibit hemp farmers from benefiting from this very useful plant.

Currently, it is perfectly legal in the United States, to make products out of hemp fiber, oil and seeds, just as long as you import that hemp fiber, oil or seeds from China, Canada, or Europe.
